Your content
You may only upload videos and subtitles you own or have permission to use. You keep all rights to your content and to the clips Clippergen produces from it. You give us a limited licence to process your uploads solely to provide the service. Clippergen does not download videos from YouTube or any other platform.
Credits and refunds
Processing uses credits: one credit per started minute of uploaded video. Credits are deducted when a job is submitted and returned automatically if the job fails. Purchased credits do not expire. Free credits given at sign-up have no cash value. For billing questions or refund requests, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal content, content that infringes someone else's rights, or content that sexualises minors. Do not try to bypass limits, share accounts to multiply free credits, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Limitations
Highlights, titles and captions are generated automatically and may contain mistakes; review clips before publishing them. The service is provided “as is” and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
